Thursday to Sunday, 9:35 am ET: Morning Meditation. We’ll start out with some relaxing breathing exercises and ease into guided meditations and MedKNITation.
Friday, Nov. 12, 11 am-12 noon ET: The VKL Marketplace Interview: Let’s Talk Shop! I’ll be interviewing two new yarn shop owners, Diane Ivey of Lady Dye Yarns and Laurie Brekke of Mother Knitter, and Ted Schofield, owner of Heindselman’s, the oldest yarn shop in America. Learn what it’s really like to live the fantasy of owning your own yarn store, and how to support independent businesses!
Saturday, Nov. 13, 1:30-3 pm ET: The VKL Virtual Visit: Come with me and Carmen Paulino, aka Carmen Community Artist, to Artspace PS 109 in New York for Cities Healing Through Fiber/Art. This unique exhibit features work by 20 fiber artists. You’ll get a tour of the gallery, and then we’ll talk with some of the artists. A visit to an art space in New York, from the comfort of your own home! Bring your knitting or crochet…
