How to start your day happy.

I’m working about 15 shades of grey today. I’m also starting my day by sending a little extra love to anyone who needs it. People facing surgeries, dealing with relationship issues, trying to recover from addiction—anyone who needs some spiritual support gets some good vibes from me in the morning.

This is a variation on a yoga tool called Mudita, feeling joy for others. I don’t have to know these folks personally, and they’ll never know that they’re the ones doing me the big favor: by thinking about others, I stay out of my own head.

Anyone can do it. Give it a try. Spread love and feel the magic.
