Here’s what happens next.
If you haven’t gotten a copy of Yoga Mindyet: Having the book is important; you’ll be able to do the exercises and follow along more easily. Even if you’re familiar with Yoga philosophy and concepts, the book is full of examples and exercises of how these ancient spiritual tools can be used in our daily lives. Get your copy of the book here.
If you’d like a free gift sample of the book, download a PDF here. You can also forward it to a friend so you’ll have a buddy to do the program with.
If you already have a copy of Yoga Mind: Great! Then all you need is a notebook and a pen, or some other way to record notes and your progress along the journey.
