The meditation forecast: thought storm advisory.

Good morning, divine lights. In meditation, there may be a lot of thoughts flying around. It’s tempting to stop trying to meditate and just get out of the thought storm. But if we stick with it, gently steering attention back to the inhalation and the exhalation, gradually the storm fades into the background. It’s all your beautiful, peaceful, true nature from there.
And then the thoughts come back, but that’s okay; just return your attention to your breathing, with a smile 😊
If you didn’t get a chance to meditate this morning, it’s not too late. And it’s the best way to clear up a mind storm. Have a beautiful day, divine lights.
