#YogaMindJanuary2019: Let’s start the new year with peace and joy.

Good morning divine lights,

Yesterday was Day 1 of #YogaMindJanuary2019, the 30-day program from Yoga Mind, this time done as a Sangha (community) online. We have people from all over the United States, Canada, Norway, the United Kingdom… And more are joining every day.

You’ll hear about the 30-day program and see a demo of Deergha Swasam, the calming breathing practice we’ll be doing throughout the program (and probably beyond, because it’s so peace-inducing). The next #YogaMindJanuary2019 Sangha Session will be on Saturday, January 5 at 10 am ET. I’ll be answering your questions and going over Week 2 of the program.
