The challenge lasts for 4 weeks. Over 3 weeks, I’ll send you 5 different ways to meditate, along with tips to help you reduce stress. Each practice will be brief, cheerful, and designed to fit into your busy day. It’s not a lot of sitting and chanting; you can do that on your own. These practices will turn daily parts of your life into beautiful opportunities for meditation. On week 4, you’ll choose your favorites.
