Namaste, beautiful people. This is just a quick post to explain the absence of those Yoga Tools videos I’ve been posting every Monday for the past few months. I had to take a little Savasana, or deep relaxation as we say in Yoga class, though I haven’t exactly been lying down and breathing deeply.

Instead, I’ve been working on a very exciting project that I’ll be able to tell you about soon–but not yet! While being totally amazing, this project has been taking up most of my time and Prana (energy).

Also, this website is being redesigned by the fabulous Code Love Creative. This takes a lot of time and Prana too, and while both are well spent, something had to give (besides me). So, for now, videos are on hold. To tide you over, please enjoy this Meditation Moment that will give you a calming pause within your crazybusy day. Geese floating down a river always induces the melty-ice-cream feeling.

In the coming weeks, you can look forward to a fabulous new website, news about the big exciting secret project, and, yes, videos! I’ll let you know about all of it soon. Until then, let’s all take long, relaxing breaths.
