Good morning, beautiful people. Yoga’s Asana (physical) practice makes our bodies flexible and resilient, and meditation does the same thing for our minds.

Meditation has this mysterious, mystical reputation, but it doesn’t have to be another form of work. All it takes is 10 minutes in the morning, or longer, if you like and have the time. All it takes is gently steering your awareness back to your breathing.

There are many different kinds of meditation you can try. Here’s everything you need to know to get started.

Just 10 minutes in the morning, and your mind will be able to do backbends and handstands over any challenge that comes your way, and the divine light within you will shine even brighter.
